Return & Refund Policy

Returns 

Due to the custom nature of the products on this website, all sales are final except in cases alleging manufacturer defect. If such a claim is made, the purchaser shall have 30 days to file such a claim in writing. Any claim made beyond this 30 day period shall not be accepted unless by specific approval of the manufacturer.

Any such claim must be accompanied with a detailed statement describing the defect along with any supporting documentation, such as photographs. All claims are subject to review by the manufacturer. If such a claim is deemed valid, the manufacturer shall have the opportunity to cure the defect. If the defect cannot be cured, a full refund will be issued for the cost of the purchase.

Circumstances which will invalidate a return include, but are not limited to: use of the product after receipt, damage to the product after receipt, or damage caused by the postal carrier. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the return has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or what, if any, remedial action will be taken to cure the defect.

In all cases where a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, unless otherwise requested by the purchaser, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at jes@jesicaluca.co.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. However, if a return is deemed valid based on the criteria stated above and the defect cannot be cured, we will credit the cost of shipping towards the refunded amount based on the lowest price shipping estimates determined by package weight and size. When sending an item, please include a tracking option, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost return. Any package insurance is left to the discretion of the buyer.
